1. How can I register for CanLearnFrench courses ?

To register, go to our website, click on the Courses tab and follow the instructions.

2. What methods of payment are accepted ?

We only accept payment by bank transfer. With the specific plans mentioned, payments must be made in full before the start of training. For plans allowing bi-monthly payments, please note that this option is subject to a minimum commitment of 40 hours of training. Specific details for each plan are available in our price list and payment terms.

3. What is the cancellation policy ?

You can cancel your course by sending us an e-mail 24 hours before the session. If the cancellation is respected, the course can be rescheduled. Otherwise, the course is considered given.

4. How do I report a technical problem during an online course ?

Use the live chat on our website to report technical problems.

5. Can I get a refund for late cancellations ?

  • As payments are due in full before the start of the course, there is no financial penalty for late cancellation. However, the course is forfeited if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the session.
     

  • In the event of cancellation less than 24 hours before the course, the course fee will be considered non-refundable. However, we carefully examine each situation on a case-by-case basis. Should you have any special requests or exceptional situations, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our aim is to find fair solutions that meet the needs of our learners.

6. How can I cancel my contract if necessary ?

In the event of serious breaches on our part, you have the right to cancel your contract. Contact our team to discuss the reasons and the steps to be taken.
